Mr. V.K.Verma, Chartered Accountant
B.A. Com(Hons),  DBM, FCS, FCA

Mr. V.K.Verma is the Managing Partner of the firm.  He established the firm in 1953 and has more than 50 years experience in the professional field.  All the Audit, taxation and other work is conducted by the firm under his supervision and he is the Managing Partner of the firm.  Some of  the major areas of professional experience are Banking, Engineering, Financing, Tourism, Consultancy, Trusts, Telecommunications, NGOs etc.

Mr. V.K.Verma had been appointed as Director by the Reserve Bank of India on the Board of Corporation Bank, a large public sector bank and the Bank of Rajasthan Ltd, a large Private Sector Bank.   Mr. Verma had  also been appointed as the Director on the Board of Mining and Allied Machinery Corporation Ltd., a large Public Sector undertakings and Haryana Tourisum Corporation,  A state Government Corporation and both these appointments were by the Government.   Presently Mr. V.K.Verma is a Director on the Board of Mcnally Bharat Engineering Company Ltd., a large Private Sector Engineering company having Foreign Collaboration.

Mr. Pradeep Verma, Chartered Accountant
B.Com(Hons),  FCA, CISA (USA), ISA (ICAI)  

Mr. Pradeep Verma has more than 14 years of professional experience.  Mr. Pradeep Verma has vast experience in Audit, Taxation and other related fields for the last more than 14 years.  Some of the major areas of professional experience are Banking, Financing, Constructions, Power Generation, Manufacturing, Tourism, Telecommunication,  Trading, Consultancy.  He is also a qualified Information Systems Auditor having qualified the Post-Qualification Course in Information Systems Audit conducted by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and was awarded the Diploma in Information Systems Audit by ICAI. 

He is also a  Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA-USA) and an Associate Member of ISACA International, USA, having qualified the exam conducted by the Information Systems Audit and Control Association of USA.

Mr. Mukesh Chand, Chartered Accountant
B.Com(Hons) FCA

He is a Chartered Accountant having post qualification experience of more than 34 years  in the Professional field.  He has wide ranging experience in various types of Audit of Internal Audit, Statutory Audit, Advising on Management, Company Law, Banking  Sector and Financial Companies.  He also has experience in the Audit of Co-operative Societies and Large Public Sector Undertaking.

He has also been dealing with Bank, Financial Institutions and various Government and other department such as Income Tax and Sales Tax Authorities etc.

Mr. Ramesh C. Hasija, Chartered Accountant
B.com(Hons), FCA, FCS, DISA (ICA)

Mr. Ramesh C. Hasija has a vast experience in Audit, Taxation and other related fields for the last more than 15 years.  He also has the experience of working with the Delhi Stock Exchange Ltd and Magadh Stock Exchange as the Head of the Legal and Secretarial Department of these Stock Exchanges.  He is also a qualified Information Systems Auditor having successfully passed the exam in Information System Audit conducted by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and was awarded a Diploma in Information Systems Audit. Some of the other major areas of his Professional Experience are Banking, Finance, Steel  Industry, Trading, Construction, Insurance, Manufacturing, Consultancy.

Mr. Rajeev Kumar Gupta, Chartered Accountant
B.Com(Hons) FCA

He is a Chartered Accountant having post qualification experience of more than 12 years in the Professional field.  He has wide ranging experience in various types of Audit of the Banking  Sector and Financial Companies.  He also has experience in the Audit of Co-operative Societies and Large Public Sector Undertaking.

He also has experience in attending the Indian Income Tax Department in connection with the taxation related work of various types of assessee including Companies, Partnership Firms, Individuals and NGOs.

Mr. Vivek Kumar, Chartered Accountant
B.Com, ACA, DISA (ICAI)

He is a young and dynamic Chartered Accountant having post-qualification experience of 3 years.  In the short span of 3 years of Post-Qualification working, he  has gained valuable experience in Statutory Audit, Internal Audit, Concurrent Audit and other types of  Audits of Public Sector Bank, Public Sector Undertakings and private companies.  He has also gained experience in Indian Taxation and Indian Company Law matters.

He is also a qualified Information Systems Auditor having successfully passed the exam in Information System Audit conducted by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and was awarded a Diploma in Information Systems Audit.
